These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of all courses, content, services, and materials provided through the Caring Support Academy online learning platform. By enrolling in any course, browsing the website, downloading materials, or accessing the platform in any way, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please review them carefully.
1. Who We Are
Caring Support Academy is a Canadian-based educational platform that provides professional online training for caregivers, personal support workers (PSWs), nurses, internationally educated health professionals, and other healthcare learners. Our courses are delivered via Thinkific Labs Inc. (“Thinkific”), a secure learning management system (LMS).
2. Eligibility
Our services are intended for adult learners. To enroll in our courses, you must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. By using this platform, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
3. Use of Our Content
All content, including but not limited to videos, presentations, written materials, handouts, checklists, PDFs, slides, and downloadable resources, is the intellectual property of Caring Support Academy and protected under Canadian and international copyright law.
By enrolling in any course, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials for your personal educational use only. You may not:
Copy, reproduce, or replicate any content in part or in whole
Distribute, publish, post, or share content on social media, websites, or external platforms
Modify, sell, license, sublicense, or use the content for commercial purposes or third-party training without prior written consent
Disclaimer: Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or misuse of our course materials is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your account, revocation of certification, and legal action, including copyright infringement claims. We actively monitor for content misuse and protect the integrity of our courses.
4. Payments and Refunds
All course fees are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Payments are processed securely through Thinkific authorized payment processors.
We’re confident in the value of this course and the quality of the learning experience provided. As this is a digital education product with immediate access to downloadable materials and certification content, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Inappropriate behaviour—including harassment, discriminatory comments, spamming, or copyright violations—may result in content removal, account suspension, or termination without refund.
10. Termination of Access
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently revoke access to your account and course materials if you:

No refund will be issued for accounts terminated due to violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Any legal disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
